Shipping policy

Where does Boardwalk Essences ship? 

Currently ships within Australia.

Our natural perfumes are handmade and shipped from Albany, W.A. Orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours (during business days). We use Australia Post and deliveries to most capital cities still take 2-4 days.  Apologies if delays do occur but mostly shipments are being delivered as usual.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary standard shipping anywhere in Australia for all orders over $100.  For all orders less than $100, shipping is a flat rate of $10.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Australian orders ordinarily leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed, or the next business day.  Generally Australian orders will arrive within 4 days for major capital cities and up to 8-10 days for regional locations.  Remote deliveries may take longer.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.  

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.  All payments are secure.

What if I would like a refund? 

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please email boardwalk.essences@gmail.com and we can provide instructions on how to return your perfume. Returns can only be accepted on products that have not been used or damaged.  We do not cover return shipping costs.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order.  If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).

What if I would like to exchange for a different product?

We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please email boardwalk.essences@gmail.com and let us know what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?

Please email us at boardwalk.essences@gmail.com at the time of placing your order with any requirements.  

Can I amend my order after it has gone through?

Once processed, we cannot amend orders.  We cannot apply discount codes after processing.  

Can I use multiple discount codes in the one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.
